Owl Pancakes

  • One tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Two strawberries
  • Twelve blueberries
  • Quarter of a banana



First, slice your banana into four rounds to create the owls’ eyes. Slice the strawberries into four triangles, using the middle section to ensure they lie flat for the wings, and cut two smaller triangles for the beaks.

To assemble your banana pancakes, place two Scotch pancakes side by side on a plate. Spread peanut butter (or your preferred spread) on top, then position two banana slices on each pancake near the top to form the eyes. Place blueberries on top of the banana slices for the pupils, and arrange the beak and wings around the eyes.

Finally, scatter the remaining blueberries on the plate for an extra serving of fruit.
