Guido Stevens - Area Manager East Africa

I’m Guido. Growing up on a farm in The Netherlands, I am passionate about agricultural businesses. For the past 10 years, I have been active in many countries in Africa and Asia, supporting farmers in finding solutions to improve on-farm results. East Africa is the fastest growing region, with a quickly developing market, warm and welcoming people, always eager to do their very best.
As Area Manager East Africa, I meet, connect and support farmers directly or through the vast local teams I work with, to design best possible customized solutions for each of YOUR farms. Dr Geoffrey Mukama - Technical Sales Manager

My name is Geoffrey. With over 12 years in Uganda’s animal industry and six years at Koudijs Uganda, I am humble, proactive, goal-oriented, and focused on helping farmers boost profitability through good farm practices, quality feeds and, tailored market-oriented solutions. I have academically trained in Veterinary medicine (BVM), animal nutrition, (PGD-AN) Challenges of global poverty (COGP-MIT), and Business Administration (MBA).
I am a father of four, husband, and son to a farmer with a commercial layer farm, putting me in a unique position to understand the challenges and needs of an everyday farmer, from obtaining consistent quality feeds, raw material sourcing and ensuring timely, ready market access for farm output.

Dr. Sylus Kitatta - Senior Technical Sales Representative
With over 10 years of experience in the livestock industry, I am a poultry veterinarian passionate about helping farmers improve productivity and profitability. I work closely with farmers to provide practical nutritional advice, on-farm training, and tailored feed solutions that support healthier flocks and sustainable farm growth. I simplify complex nutritional concepts into practical farm-focused solutions.
My goal is to deliver practical, results-driven solutions that help farms overcome challenges, improve performance, and achieve long-term profitability.

Hello (Kojyeyo),
I am Levis, a veterinarian by profession with a strong passion for poultry production and livestock development. I developed a deep interest in poultry and livestock farming because I found it more engaging, impactful, and rewarding than conventional crop farming.
This inspired my journey into veterinary medicine and animal production. It is a great opportunity to be contributing to farmer success through the provision of high quality feeds and technical support. Shallot Kyamazima - Sales Representative - Dairy
Murimuta, (Hi)
I am Shallot, from the cattle corridor region of Uganda, where cattle rearing is part of customs and daily routines. I am passionate about animals, especially large animals; however, I do find other livestock such as poultry interesting to work with. A normal day in my work involves farm visits, consultations on dairy and poultry feeds, as well as farm management. This supports farmers’ ability to hone their views and perspectives on feeding dairy cattle for increased production.
For every 100 farmers, I’d like to see at least 60% embracing commercial and profitable dairy farming, shifting from free range grazing to zero grazing with targets to be achieved.

I am Winnie, your Sales Support Officer at Koudijs. My role is to make the sales process smooth, organised, and reliable for both our customers and the sales team. With a background in procurement, logistics, and administration, I support customer communication, prepare quotations and invoices, maintain sales records, follow up on inquiries, and ensure clients receive timely support.
I am passionate about teamwork, effective organisation, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. For me, good customer support means listening carefully, responding quickly, and helping clients get the right support when they need it.
Samantha Akello - Marketing Officer

I’m Samantha, a passionate marketing professional and entrepreneur, dedicated to connecting organizations with their target markets. At Koudijs, I focus on crafting tailored marketing strategies that drive growth, optimize digital platforms, enhance brand visibility, and Koudijs’ relationships with farmers.
The prospect of reaching new and existing farmers, through digital and of offline brand experiences to foster interconnectedness, while meeting each farmer’s unique needs is something I look forward. I’m equally passionate about empowering women in business, and supporting their entrepreneurial journeys.
Isaac Kisuule - Warehouse Manager

My name is Isaac. I grew up in a family where we practiced subsistence farming, growing cereals and grains such as maize and rearing farm animals like piglets and local chicken. Passionate about outreach ministry and the biblical principles on work, I encourage farmers to have faith in their businesses because the entire human race relies on farming.
At Koudijs, I manage stock received from the Netherlands, ensuring a consistent, timely, and stable supply chain to make sure Koudijs animal feeds are available in every outlet. Having existed for over a century, Koudijs has the capacity, systems and people you need as a farmer to start, grow and thrive at every step in your journey.
Geraldine Monic - Warehouse and Purchase Administrator
At Koudijs, I ensure our operations run smoothly by managing purchasing and inventory, so that the right products are available at the right time. With five years of experience in procurement and inventory management, I enjoy building strong relationships with service providers while supporting our teams to deliver quality solutions to farmers.
I believe in clear communication, reliability, and creating partnerships that add value for everyone. My approach is simple: practical systems, clear communication, and ownership from first RFQ to final delivery.
